The last few days I have been having cramps and not being able to go the toilet properly as in I don't think everything is coming out
Today it has got far worse and I have been having constant cramps and Everytime I go to the toilet nothing really comes out and straight after I feel the need to go again
Anyone have any ideas what this could be? It doesn't feel like a blockage which I have had a few times.

I get these symptoms with pouchitis and when my stricture at the anastomosis connection narrows from inflammation.
