Tomorrow is day 10 of a ten day round of Flagyl. I have enough pills left to do a 14 day course if I want to. Doc said it's up to me. I have that horrible metal taste in my mouth and slight stomach upset. I hate taking this pill. Should I try to get a few extras days of meds in? Typically, I go 10 days but once in a while it comes back w/in a few weeks and i have to go on another round. Should i just go for 14 days? Has anyone noticed it that it makes a big difference. My symptoms are gone, btw.

I would take the extra days if you can manage it, it's always worth trying everything to not have a reoccurrence. Good luck!
