Feverfew

Has anyone with a j pouch taken feverfew for migraines? I currently take amitriptyline to try to prevent and maxalt for when I get one, but lately they have increased and I think I've tried just about every tried every drug out there in the past and I think my neurologist is about to give up on me. Last appt a month ago he had me try butterbur and I had several bad headaches so I stopped it and thought I would try feverfew, but not sure if It will hurt my pouch. If the truth be known I probably have these headaches because of my stupid job cause I firmly believe it contributed to my colitis. Wish I could quit but I need the health ins.
