Feels like a bruised pouch

Travelling at the moment and rode around a city about 5 days ago for a few hours on a bike and pretty much ever since that day I've had a sore pouch when I empty. Almost feels like I have a bruise on the inside maybe just between the pouch and anus or rectum area. There has been no blood however which is good. Just hoping it is from sitting on a crappy bike for a few hours, despite being 5 days since and I'm a 23 yr old male. Hmmm not sure!! Gets pretty sore on and before the toilet. Fingers crossed it's nothing and I don't have to cancel my travel plans.
Anyone had any similar experience??
