fecal transplants where to go now?

I have a friend with Cdiff. It is his 4th time having it this year and it is very antibiotic resistant. he was suppose to get a fecal transplant but due to the FDA his procedure was canceled. Anyone know what institutions will be doing the trials? UNC has decided not to continue since it is not cost effective.

A doctor in NYC who used to do fecal transplants but had to stop due to FDA's crazy paperwork requirements had told me the Univ of Chicago was still doing them. But, this was about 3 or 4 months back.
