I recently watched an interesting YT video about fascia (Fascia: The Body's Remarkable, Functional Glue). Fascia has been on my radar for some owing to my developed propensity for repetitive strain injuries after I started getting sick with UC.  One of interesting things video brought up was the intriguing connections between how fascia behaves in and around body organs regarding sensation and the perception of physical well-being, and even on its potential effects on the mood and depression.

Everyone knows how emotional feelings are often reflected -- or signaled by -- sensations that appear in the guts. Ever sense my surgeries and sickness afterwards I have noticed momentary strange feelings stemming from my insides which seem to have no attributable source. Of course, there are a million probably better explanations for why this happens in me than something to do with fascia sending strange broken emotion signals. Either way, it does spark my curiosity.
