Failed Jpouches due to Crohn's

For those with failed jpouches due to Crohn's who now have a permanent ileostomy, does the permanent ileostomy solve everything? Or do you still have to take meds too?

Chrohn's is not cured by an ileostomy or pouch removal. Crohn's varies widely in how it impacts people, so some will do well, and some will have trouble.
