Experienced GYN in the Richmond, VA area

Hi:

Does anyone know a GYN in the Greater Richmond, Williamsburg, or Charlottesville (VA) area that has experience working with patients with J-pouches? I would like to 1) work through fertility issues that I may have and 2) not have to worry too much about defending my desire to have a c-section if I am blessed with a pregnancy and 3) have a doctor who simply understands my anatomy. Please let me know if you know anyone.

And one more quick question: Were your colorectal surgeons present at your c-sections?
