Experience with Hemorrhoidal Artery Ligation and Recto Anal Repair (HAL-RAR)

Has anyone in this group ever had Hemorrhoidal Artery Ligation and Recto Anal Repair (HAL-RAR) or discussed this with your surgeon? What did the doctor say and if you had it, what was your experience like? This is a relatively new procedure, and the internet seems to think it's not that painful and pretty successful. Patient reviews in a small study reflected this, but those people didn't have reconstructed innards (or if they did, they did not mention it).
