Hi all,

I'm finally feeling well enough to actually make it to the gym post my reversal back in July. Although, when I went as soon as I started exercising I felt those terrible spasms coming back all over again. Is there something I can do so this doesn't happen? I feel like it might be related to me having an empty stomach. It was so terrible I had to keep breaking on my walk back from the gym and my friend was very concerned. My doctor just said give it more time. Any other advice? Thanks everyone has been so helpful!
