I think you mean Entyvio Infusions.  I am on this medication and I have seen an improvement in the inflammation of my pouch. At my last scope, the ulcers above and at the pouch fitting were greatly improved.

I didn't really know for sure it was working until I had a scope about 4 months after starting Entyvio and found out the ulcers were shrinking.  I do remember thinking almost after the introductory infusion that things seemed more normal; but that was just a feeling.  I didn't feel particularly awful before starting Entyvio. Sorry I'm not more help.

I am on Remicade - another biological drug that is infused. It takes a period of months for these drugs to clear up chronic inflammation. It shows up in scopes after 6 months. Don’t expect instant changes.
