Entyvio while breastfeeding

is anyone actively on entyvio ? I and breastfeeding got what I believe to be hives and rashes from entyvio. Started it a few months ago as an alternative to budesonude. I also believe entyvio is responsible for some weight gain. Anyone else experience thus? A few red rashes are on my breasts as well. Doesn't hinder in breastfeeding but also don't think k it's normal
