Entyvio question

Hi everyone! About to start Entyvio for chronic pouchitis of 18 years on antibiotics. My question is what happens if you actually need the white cells in the gut? Say you get an intestinal infection, parasite, food poisoning, gastro etc?! Hoping everyone is well x

From the video I have seen, it leaves just enough for you to function normally. It may be more or less but I believe everything should be fine. To confirm, write that question down for your gastro to answer
