My pouchoscomy was a failure. Inflammation level 3 after more than 10 years lots of problems found. Dr. recommends trying infusions of entyvio as a last ditch effort to save my jpouch. Has anyone had this offered as a treatment to stop the erosion taking place. Medications tried yep the whole list have not worked. Any sharing of your experience would be helpful

I’m sorry to hear what you’re going through.
I was on Entyvio and it worked great. Unfortunately it affected my liver so I had to stop. You should definitely give it a try if you feel comfortable taking it.
Good luck, hope it works well for you!

Yes my liver enzymes went back to normal after a few months. I did not go on another biologic, my doc decided on a steroid until I figure out if I want to try another treatment.
10 years on Entyvio. It worked great till it stopped working. I’m now trying Skyrisi. Good luck.
