I know how important it is to try and keep core muscles as strong & toned as possible. I've had a k-pouch for 7 years and have had a few serious kinks (total bowel obstructions) that have landed me in the hospital - worst pain & frustration ever !
I'm nervous about doing sit-ups because I feel like that exercise might directly lead to another obstruction.
I would greatly appreciate any k-poucher's advice...
