Lately I've been having VERY sharp and piercing pain. It starts in my mid section and then goes down to the rectal area. Last night they were so bad that they woke me up in the middle of the night. When I had pains similar to this in the past the doctor gave me Librax, and that seemed to do the trick. Could it be that the Librax is no longer working. Also, it seems as though the pains are gas pains, although if I pass gas, they don't go away completely. If I have to pass stool and have to strain, which does happen, I have found bright red blood on the toilet paper. I also use Canasa Suppositories because my doctor thinks that I have Cuffitis....would Cuffitis give me these pains? Any suggestions, or thoughts would be appreciated.
