Tom- have you considered consulting with a nutritionist? With how few foods you are consuming it may be worth a consult to get all your supplements in order. I met with one after each surgery and found it to be very helpful. The multivitamin I take is from a company called "Rainbow Light" they are a food based vitamin that are gentle on the stomach. They have a website you can google "rainbow light" and check out their products. There are many men's multi's that may offer better supplementing than what you've listed.
I also consulted a nutritionist during colitis flares as I was unable to eat anything. I would make these smoothies 2 x a day the product was from a company called metagenics, additionally I would add a scoop of brown rice protein from jarrows, frozen peaches, banana, and either almond or rice milk. http://www.metagenics.com/prod...ltraInflamX-Plus-360
This combo helped me sustain nutrition. I'd still advise you to consult with a nutritionist.
