Does sex feel different with a J-pouch vs having a colon/rectum??? | The J-Pouch Group

I never had sex before (no judgements) so I was just curious about other people's experiences. I hear for women there can be pain or increase pressure since the rectum is not there to support the vagina anymore. And I hear for men that it can cause ED.

I didn't have any ED issues right after I got the J Pouch at age 29, although I did develop them years later, "in the normal course", because that is what happens to guys when we get older. In my mind there has been no discernible impact of the J Pouch on my ability to engage in sexual relations.

Oh good. I am glad you did not have problems. I heard from other women that its increased pressure and more pain. That worried me hearing lol.
