recently had takedown and getting crushed by gas pain. Trying different foods and gas aid products with minimal success. Will this subside?

Oh yes, I remember those gas pains. They will go away. If I remember right, around three weeks after my takedown they subsided significantly.
Ok thanks for the feedback. Is there information on why this occurs right after surgery? Are our new pouches simply tender from the surgical trauma? I am curious if there is a way to speed up this recovery process. I seem to have much worse pain in the middle of the night than during the day, and as a result, am not sleeping.
I would say it's just part of the healing process. Our bodies went thru a pretty big trauma with these surgeries. It takes time to adjust
That being said, if you're experiencing severe pain, that's not normal and you should call your surgeon.
