Does anyone know a good gyny and GI doctor well versed in J-pouch issues in the Venice, Florida area?

Does anyone know a good gyny and GI doctor well versed in J-pouch issues in the Venice, Florida area? I hear medical care isn't very food here. I'd love to find someone. I can also go to Sarasota and as a last resort Tampa. I'm post menopausal, yet taking CRT as symptoms are still bad. I used to take Seasonique so period were every 3 months and always set of GI issues. Now Imm not taking the 4 times a year birth control and seem to get monthly gI issues despite not having periods. I'm so fatigued.
