Does anybody here with a j-pouch have or had pancreatic cancer?

After 32 years of life with a j-pouch I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last week. I wonder if this could possibly be j-pouch or ulcerative colitis related? I'm also wondering how you battled this cancer and what your life is like now?
