doctor in Charleston

Does anyone know a doctor in Charleston who knows about the jpouch issues. Am going there for a month. Have had pouchitis lately in Fort Worth, was on cipro for 10 days, it cleared, but off for about a week and am now having alot of gas and having trouble going. Was planning to leave in about a week to go to Charleston but may need a doctor there if this does not settle down.

He really does not do any phone work, just has me come in.
