I'd like to regularly eat VSL 3 homemade yoghurt for mantainance... I know the benefits of VSL 3 for pouchitis so I was questioning if it'd be a good idea to eat some of this yoghurt.
I've found some info about making yoghurt starting with VSL 3, but someone on forums are saying it's not actually a VSL-3 colture because of antagonism between strains.
Is there anyone here who's actually done this kind of yoghurt and found some benefits/problem in eating?
