Hi. I am new here. My surgery was in 1994. I suffer with ongoing pouchitis and have other medical issues that require dietary guidance. I have been unable to find anyone with the knowledge of how to work with me and all my limitations. Has anyone found someone (preferably online) that has helped them. I would prefer online so I don't have to worry about finding someone in my location but I am located on Long Island, NY. Thank you all. Jan

I've had two telemedicine visits (post ostomy and post take-down) with Sabrina Toledano at Columbia Medical Center. She is on my colorectal surgeon's team so sees a lot of J- and K-pouch patients. I had a consultation with the FODMAP dietitians from Monash Health.https://www.monashfodmap.com/

They have been helpful and I think they do on-line consultations.
