Hi, guys. My name is William. I'm from Brazil. I have Ulcerative Colitis and I did need to remove my large intestine this year. It was about 3 months ago.

I am always been very active. Practicing sports it's part of my life, especially activities that involve weights. So, in fact, I fond go to the gym and lift weights, but how do all you know, it's hard to be active and has an inflammatory disease

I know it's early, I have done my surgery to revert the ostomy pretty soon. Continuing, I did start to recover my body for about some weeks, but soon when I can, I want to return to my training and recover my weight.

Furthermore, I would like to get some advice about nutrition for training with a J-pouch, because, for now, it's been really hard to eat just to maintain my weight.

For sure, I will really appreciate all sort of advice, so be free to suggest what help you to live with a j-pouch.
