Hi! I haven’t posted in a long time but need some advice. My adult aged  daughter has had a few surgeries in the past, her first JPouch was unsuccessful (she was the first patient at a big local Children’s hospital where they did it laparoscopic and it failed), so she had it totally redone at Cleveland Clinic. She later had a reversal in another hospital. All of this has been several years ago and for the most part she’s been doing great up until recently. She has been getting dehydrated more frequently. She can’t take lomotle  for thickening up her stool because it hurts her stomach too much. She does drink pedialyte and fluids frequently but we are not sure what keeps causing this. Her blood pressure will spike up and then she has to go get fluids at a local ER. They have refused her for a nurse to come out every so often for iv treatments because they say her blood work is fine. They want her to start on a blood pressure medicine but she said it’s not that, it’s going up because she’s dehydrated. Any ideas or suggestions for home remedy treatments? Much appreciated!
