Hi all,

Can anyone who is 6 months or so out of their j pouch take down/ reversal please tell me their daily regimen/ routine for one day when it comes to fiber and lomodil/immodium? I'm trying to figure out a good routine, but I seem to have a lot of trouble finding a happy medium with the lomodil/ immodium combination. I'm in classes right now, and if I take too much lomodil i'm tired, but if I take too little I have to run to the bathroom a few times.

Also, my spasms still have not gone away..has anyone found anything that works for these terrible rectal spasms?

Thanks guys, I greatly appreciate any incite or experience you have with this!!!!

Everyone is different. As you are experimenting, try to change just one thing at a time, so the results will make a bit more sense. Give the change a few days, if you can, since your diet and condition will vary all by itself from day to day. You might want to consider a target that's less than perfect, since that will make it easier to avoid medication side effects.
