Sooooo - I have had my pouch active for 3 weeks. In the morning I wake up with a flat stomach and by the end of the day I’m so bloated it’s insane! Distended abdomen that is super hard. Wake up in the morning and it’s gone.  I’ll attach pictures from right before my final surgery as it was in issue then as well. this also seems to cause me issues urinating.  The pics are one in the am and one at end of day. I eat low residue and am extremely mindful of what and how I eat.
