Cutting seton fistula

I have had this cutting seton since nov 6th. I was wondering if it will ever get better or go away or soemthing. this thing is just so inconvient and very painful at times. I go back january 7/8 for another EUA which I think I think Dr. Remzi is just going to tighten the cutting seton and I will have to be seen again in 2 months. this is just frustrating. I really just want to feel good. Other than this stupid fistula I feel good. I am almost 4 months post take down and each month knock on wood gets better but this fistual is just a pain in my butt literally. I just would like to know if anyone has any feed back to this kind of situation bc I need some hope
