Cutting seton

Ever since I've had this fistula which started the beginning of September I have not been intimate at all. I would love to but I just can't. Will I be able to with a cutting seton or will that just be too much? Thank god I met someone who loves me as much as he does bc he proposed this last Saturday! He is a keeper that's for sure been there since my first admission for uc in 08.

Congratulations Danielle...he sure must be a keeper! My hubby started dating me 1 week before my first 'relapse' surgery...7 surgeries later we were married...now it is 19 surgeries and 8yrs of marriage. When they are keepers, they really are keepers.
