So I have had a tough ride with my j pouch since my takedown in March. Non stop pouchitis, fissures, hemorrhoids, etc.
I had a scope on November 5th and the biopsies are now showing granulomas and inflammation in my stomach and esophagus. So now my GI is saying that it is very possible I have crohns...I am extremely upset. Any advice would be great. Also did anyone else have granulomas in their biopsies and it end up not being crohns, but only an infection?

I thought my 3 surgeries were supposed to help me and give me a better quality of life. I just want to live my life and be able to go to college
