I've had a tentative Crohn's diagnosis since 2011 due to multiple fistulas; having tried pretty much everything under the sun to stop those, I opted for a permanent stoma a couple of years ago. Everything has been fine, but now I'm wondering if the Crohn's is beginning to rear its ugly head. For the past several weeks I've been having mild to medium stomach discomfort after eating pretty much anything. I'm tired all the time, but also have a very stressful life at the moment, so don't know if that is disease- or life-related. I've got no problems with the pouch at all, and nothing is wrong with the stoma.
Anyone else with Crohn's have any thoughts?
