cramps in side

Recently I have been getting a cramps in lower right side. Then my Intestine seems to make noise and some of the cramps goes away, but then seems like a bubble in there. When i go to the bathroom pass a lot of gas. When I do this the cramps and feeling goes away. This doen't seem normal to me and has been happening for a couple weeks now. Any idea what would cause and what to do. I am a couple yrs with j-pouch.

I get these symptoms w pouchitis... eaves of cramping followed by gurgling snd loid sounds in pouch when I try and hold back.

ok thanks I guess I should call my doctor then and find out. Never had pouchitis that I know of.

Pouchitis is rather common. For most J-pouchers it's pretty easy to treat with a course of antibiotics.
