I had both my Pzizer shots in April and I have been having issues of pins and needles in hand and feet, quick muscle twitching randomly throughout the day, and I heavy almost dizzy feeling in my head. I saw neurology a few weeks ago and they ran a ton of labs for autoimmune stuff and deficiencies which only showed deficient in copper and Vitamin D and my B12 was at the low end of range. So I started taking those supplements a few weeks ago. They also did an MRI of my cervical spine and brain to rule out any major issues like MS and neck showed some arthritis, and brain was clear. I go back to neurologist tomorrow for a followup. I am thinking these issues are the result from the vaccine since nothing can really be found . thoughts?

You said you had both shots in April, were they 30 days apart?
I had 3 Pfizer shots in March, April and booster in August and no side effects apart from a sore arm after second shot.
Your symptoms may or may not be related to the vaccine, but those are not the kind of symptoms usually observed. Usually it's flu like symptoms for a day or two.
Insofar as your symptoms sound neurological, any specific traumas to head or neck since April? Your cervical MRI doesn't sound too bad but I have read neurologists opinions that degenerative cervical disc disease can cause neurological symptoms and cervicogenic headaches. Ask your neurologist about the MRI and if the conditions shown on it can be causing the symptoms. Some PT and cervical traction might be in order. I have cervical stenosis and it bothers me sometimes. One time I had a real problem with it and was resolved through PT and traction.
Gee, I really doubt that this is vaccine related because there is so much time since your vaccines. There can be delayed side effects, but they should have occurred within a few weeks of your last injection. Neurological symptoms are not common, but not out of the realm of possibilities.
Just because you had a vaccine, it does not mean it would be a likely etiology. They can rule out some common causes with the blood tests, but often symptoms you describe wind up being idiopathic or related to aging. There are many drugs that can be a culprit, such as flagyl. It even could have been exposure to a virus, including Covid 19. Hopefully, they tested for that.

This may seem like a dumb question but are you by any chance on metronidazole for pouchitis? When I had to take it regularly early on I developed peripheral neuropathy, pins and needles in my fingers and toes.
