I have has Crohn's disease for 25 years and a j-pouch for 23 years. I have been through it all like everyone. I have been on Humira for about 5 to 8 year's or so.
My concern is I work in a manufacturing plant with around 300 people.
Should I should be concerned? They have some hand sanitizer dispenser's around the plant but that is about it.
Should I be concerned? Any opinions will be appreciated.

All of us need to be careful, whether we are on Humira or not. No one can tell you for sure whether Humira changes your risk profile appreciably. Although there are 300 people where you work, does your job enable limiting (or eliminating) close contact? A six-foot radius, if you’re able to maintain it, likely makes a big difference. Close contact with a few people (even if there are 300 on the other side of the room) is much less risky than a mosh pit. A good sick leave policy that enables (or even better, encourages) people to stay home if they have a fever or cough makes the whole place much safer. Avoiding gathering places (water cooler, lunch room, etc.) can also help.
Yes, I’d be concerned. That said, this is such a rapidly evolving situation, you may be sent home before you know it (unless you are in one of the essential product business). I agree with Scott. At the very least, you need distance.

I wish that they were the type of company were we had sick days or would think of having the six foot radius, but we work close together, the only good thing is that we wear gloves sometimes.
I heard on the news that they are are thinking of having furloughs and getting paid a percentage of your regular pay.
I think it's all about the money the will loose

Bob, I'm so sorry that your employer does not provide paid sick time. This should be a national requirement even without the coronavirus. I agree you should do whatever you can to stay at least 6 feet away from other people, wear gloves and throw them out when you're done, and be sure to wash your hands with soap frequently, for at least 20 seconds, including before meals and when you get home. Hi, Metsfan. Can you carry your own hand sanitizer in your lunchbox or car so that you can sanitize as needed? I put a bottle in the car and tell my family to sanitize as soon as they get in the car, after touching all sorts of things at the grocery store, doorhandles, etc. Try to be very aware what you touch,mormdont touch. Remember to sanitize front door knobs and faucets at home, these are the things that you touch first when you get home and then forget about it, until the next person touches it. Try to remember not to touch your face. Do you wear eye protection at work? If you do, be very careful removing the glasses because you're touching your face, near your eyes. I'm sorry this isn't helpful to your work situation question. If someone starts to show symptoms like cough or fever, you might all be sent home and the company will wish they had put a plan in place. Take care.
Winterberry, We have to wear safety glasses and ear plugs, so I am touching my face "area" multiple times a day. I am a machinist so I try to wash my hands before I remove any PPE. I think it will get worse before it gets better. Take care of yourself and family.
