Cosentyx and Stelara

Hi! I have seen posts about Stelara on this forum, which can be used for PSA/UC/Chrons, but am also curious if anyone has ever tried Cosentyx for the same thing. I would love to try an immune-response lowering medicine since I seem to have all these overactive immune system conditions, but I do want my immune system to continue to do its job. I hope for a medication that can bring the immune system into balance, not disable it. Is there anyone on this form who has had good results with either of these in the way I described above?
