Constipation with pouchitis?

I believe I have pouchitis with daily bouts of urgency, spasms and pain/burning. One twist - after particularly bad episodes (usually at night), I then have a period of complete slow down of BMs and a resulting discomfort in my upper abdomen. Is this normal w pouchitis- to have some constipation?

im waiting to hear back from dr about a longer antibiotic protocol as this is my 3rd pouchitis episode. I also need to be much better about consistently taking my Visbiome.

Night time is usually worst or at least that's when I will notice more. I don't know about actually being constipated but I can still have 6bms a day and have pouchitis, maybe 4 of those are at night when things are bad...
