Hello, I am experiencing almost constant bubbling and gurgling in my lower belly. Up until now it's been intermittent. I have some sharp pains and an aching in my mid-right flank. Any thoughts?

One possibility could be a partial obstruction. Have you had one before to compare this to?
I had that before, Sounds like a ton of gas in my opinion. Are you pooping and passing gas???
