I had colon cancer 32 years ago. now I am in pain especially back. I feel good once I take an oxycodone. also the skin around my rectum seem to be thick and quite painful there..any help appreciated ty

I had colon ca 32 years ago and had an ileostomy reversed. I have colon and stomach tests at least once a year, I still get polyps. however now I have horrible pain on the outside of the rectum which has caused me to miss many of my activities.. it is also hard to stay out of the bathroom. oxycodone has saved my life. I have another colonoscopy which will be set up and will happen the beg of nov.. I have never been so scared. at my age ( 72 ) I do not want more surgery and I certainly do not want to live with a bag did that no more.. do you happen to recognize any of these symptoms and, if so, what should I do?? thank you for listening. I feel better already
You could possibly have external hemorrhoids, which can be painful and feel very full at the exit. That wouldn't explain your back pain, which might be unrelated.
