I got mine on the Coco Bidet site.  They always have sales.  Also, check Amazon.  There are bidets that attach to your toilet as well as portable bidets.  I would just google bidets.  There are several options.  I am looking into getting a small travel bidet for going away.  You can also use a spray bottle though I found this more difficult to use.

are they battery operated and what's the travel one look like and how does that work I'd like to travel as well like going on trips but right now it's very hard are they easy to hook up ?

another problem I'm having at the moment the tip of my tounge is sore I went to the dr the other day and they gave me two vitimins to take saying that was the problem but it's back again

For all sorts of bidet, check the Amazon website for bidet. They have all models, price ranges. You can find them for around $50 up to $300. They need to be attached to the toilet without too much difficulty, if you know a bit about plumbing. There are travel bidets for under $15 and they are great because it's a squeeze bottle with a special angled nozzle for aiming.
