I posted earlier about my difficulties cleaning appropriately following a bowel movement (see clean up following a bowel movement for more detail).  One person suggested a travel bidet from Amazon, and I checked Amazon and saw a surprising number of them available.  Can someone tell me which particular one they have had success with? (brand, that type of detail?)

Hello, MCH.

The travel bidet I bought from Amazon is the "Brondell Bidet, model GS-70, GoSpa Travel Bidet". It cost $15 Canadian on Amazon. It is purple, with a long white, angeled nozzle. It comes with a travel bag for discretion. When I had my ostomy I used it to flush out my ostomy bag while wearing it so it stayed fresher longer. Filled with very warm water it is really comforting and cleans so well. I now have an attachment bidet on the toilet but I take my travel bidet whenever I leave the house. Just know that the small air lock button on the bottom will drip a bit of water if left on the counter. That's normal. The air lock button allows the water to spray at a really good pressure no matter the angle you hold the bottle, even if held upside down to reach some areas! It saved me and my butt from bad burns.
