Cipro/Flagyl Survey Edited

Just wanted to let you know that I found that I could edit surveys. So I was able to add choices to the Cipro/Flagyl Side Effect survey. Now you can complete the survey if you have never had side effects. In addition, I activated the feature that allows you to retake the survey and change your prior answers (in case you felt that you had to answer incorrectly in order to complete it).

I also edited the Butt Burn survey, as it was reported to not have enough options to be able to finish it.
