Quick search only showed one short discussion on this - does anyone experience constipation when on cipro and if so how do you handle it? Would an increase in metamucil fiber (wafer form) help?

Metamucil (within reason) might indeed help, but the key is to drink enough water. SImply increasing your water intake might do the trick. Good luck!
Be careful with the tendon problems caused by cipro... just pay attention if your feet (achilles tendon), knees or shoulders start hurting.
