I have embarked on an amazing journey to health. I have been eating grain free and green juicing. It has made it so easy to find exactly what foods bother my pouch. I'm so happy to be eating good foods that my body can assimilate. I'm thinking about trying chia seeds, but I'm prone to blockages. Anyone have experience with them? I see that they form a sort of gel that moves through you, but the seeds are still there and that what scares me. I have had blockages from strawberry and blueberry seeds in the past. Let me know if you've tried them! Thanks
