for years I have been following the development of the check Cap digital swallowing capsule but even when I tried to inquire with the Check Cap people themselves I got no reply because I am not a doctor anyway the machine is to feed info into a backpack and produces a 3D image o the inner digestive track, but having had my Koch "J" pouch for more than 10 years , i go through a yearly sigmoidoscopy but would they have ever tried to use this intestinal camera on a pouch or would making the sharp turn inside when separated from the intestinal muscles of the normal system to want to see the works from the inside of the small intestine the whole way along..
