OK folks - lets hear it from the internet shopping experts. The cheapest I have been able to acquire Imodium is ~$0.20/tablet. I know there are some sites out there that folks have used/trust. Anybody have recommendations?

You are buying 2 mg loperamide, which is the active ingredient in Imodium. Start out with that assumption and you will begin saving yourself money.
I just bought 144 for a grand total of $8 at Walmart. With the math I think it comes out to 5.5 cents for each tablet.
And it can probably be had more cheaply at Costco.

Even though its an over the counter med, you can get your doc to write a prescription and get it filled st the pharmacy. By far that was the most cost effective way for me, cheaper than anything i found mail order or costco and sams.
400 caplets from Costco - $7.59 (just under 2 cents per tablet). These are small caplets. The name brand imodium pills are huge. I can swallow 8 of the small loperimide without water. I have to do 1 at a time with the name brand if I'm taking them without fluids.

350 for about $5.95 at Sam's Club (generic). I used to spend $60-80/month (I take 8 a day) and now I spend less than a dime a day!!!
