Gee, it would seem that all you have to do is avoid processed foods, or at least keep tham at a minimum. Means more work for you, but maybe worth the effort. That way, you also avoid many other additives and preservatives with questionable value.
I am going to have to give up my favorite soy milk and soy-based ice cream. Lord knows I don't need to do anything to cause inflammation. Has anyone ever cut it out of there diet and had a noticeable response?
