What’s the typical capacity (size) of a j-pouch?

Looking for a measurement in fl. oz., ml or length and width.

Tried a literature search but couldn’t find anything helpful. Most of the articles are behind a paywall.

The length of the J-pouch varied between 7 and 25 cm (mean 10.6 cm), the mean a.p. diameter was 4.4 cm (range 1.5-12 cm), and the mean transversal diameter 5 cm (range 1.5-10 cm).

My pouch is 5.9 inches (15cm) long. I found out by looking at my medical records.

Obviously everyone is different, but for a visual, my surgeon told me the capacity is approx. the size of your fist and will stretch/increase slightly over time.
