burning inside what cream should I use

I am having burning inside and was wondering what cream I should use. I think have a a bit of cuffitis so I am using canasa and that helps alot but by the middle of the day the burning returns. I also have a fissure that keeps reopening. Very depressed. Can't go anywhere or do anything because of the burning a pain.

When I get a case of butt burn, I use Calmoseptine ointment and I find it helps tremendously.

Hi NJK,
I have used a barrier cream called Siopel (UK) which helps a lot for me. I first was given it when I had my temp ileo and was sore around the stoma but have found it is a great relief for burning pains now.
