I wanted to share with everyone a most amazing discovery!  Chia Pudding!  It gives your stool bulk and slows things down.  

 

I've been eating it for breakfast in the morning and my trips to the bathroom during the day have been cut in half!  One serving in the morning seems to keep me good all day.  

I don't know if anyone else has experienced this or not.  

Here's a good recipe.  

 

3/4 cup almond milk (I used the almond/coconut milk mix)

2-3 TBLS chia seeds (I used 3 TBLS)

1 tsp vanilla extract (use the real vanilla, not the artificial flavoring)

2-3 tsp maple syrup or raw honey (to your taste)

 

Stir well and refrigerate overnight.  Then stir and eat in the morning. I top with fruit and nuts.  Will keep up to five days in the refrigerator.  

 

It tastes good but even if it didn't, it's so good for my pouch I'd eat it anyway.

 

I hope this helps others like it's helped me.  Enjoy!  I'd love to hear if this helps anyone else.  I found it was good for my pouch by accident.
